For the cancelation to be considered valid, you must send it via e-mail in which you MUST receive a reply. (Cancelations via phone will not be consider valid).
Cancellation costs:
1 day after confirmation 10%
up to 60 days before arrival 30% of the booked price.
59 to 22 days before arrival 50% of the booked price
21 to 15 days before arrival 80% of the booked price
14 days before arrival 100% of the booked price.
The last also applies in case of no-show or early departure
